岗位职责Accountabilities
1. 确保加油服务和工作环境安全、正常；ensure valet sales and working environment safety and regularly
2.完成油站当班油品销售目标；complete shift target of fuel sales
3.协助便利店员完成非油品销售目标assist shop staff to complete shift target of non-fuel sales
4. 协助当班主管做好油品质量储存与运作的安全。Assist shift supervisor to safety operate and store fuel.
5.负责当班视觉标准和清洁保养的维护；ensure shift store impression and cleaning maintenance
6. 确保提供公司规定的标准加油服务；implement standard valet sales stipulated by company
 
任职条件Qualifications / experience required
1.初中以上学历（或同等学历）；high school graduate or above (or equivalence)
2.诚信，有责任心，良好的团队合作精神；reliable, responsible, and willing of team-work
3.良好的人际关系和沟通能力；excellent social relationship and communication skills
4.良好的销售和顾客服务意识；good retail and customer service sense
5. 身体健康，能服从公司工作安排；good health condition, able to obedient company’s arrangement
6.流利普通话，会当地方言者优先考虑。fluent mandaring, local language speaker is preferrd
7.可接受公司在上海、浙江、江苏各城市间的工作调动
